With a variety of lift systems, valance options, and a wide variety of standard colours plus unlimited custom colours, picking out your blind can be quite exciting.

All Hunter Douglas wood blinds are crafted from quality hardwoods. Finishes include traditional wood stains as well as washed and painted looks. Optional woven cloth tapes come in co-ordinating or contrasting colours.

Designed for consumers who want Hunter Douglas quality at an economical price point, ChaletWoods wood blinds are made from 100% basswood. They also feature a state-of-the-art hardware system, contoured hardwood valances and a variety of colours and finishes.

Motorization options

Available with PowerRise® motorization with remote control Hunter Douglas’ motorized lifting system combines both line-of-sight (using infrared technology) and out-of-sight (using radio frequency technology) control of your window coverings.

To raise or lower individual window treatments, simply point the remote at the receiver eye (either built into the headrail or on a satellite eye) and press the UP or DOWN button to operate the window covering. Or select a group (or groups) of window coverings to move together, even in multiple rooms.

The PowerRise battery-powered system is an easy to install motorization option with no additional wiring required. A hard wired version is also available which can be seamlessly integrated with any home automation system.
