Small windows - There are two approaches to small windows.
1. Small scale: for a solution that is in scale with the window, try sill-length gathered curtains or a simple lace valance. Use a shade or blind inside the window frame if there is room for it. 2. Large scale: try to disguise the modest nature by surrounding it with a valance and full-length draperies. In this way the window can be made to appear higher and wider. | |
